Our bakers start before dawn, crafting poğaça, börek, and açma the way they have been made for centuries — by hand, with care. Our baristas brew your Turkish or Kurdish coffee the traditional way, in a copper cezve, so every cup carries its full heritage.
We believe that great food and drink are about more than taste — they are about connection, memory, and belonging. We are proud to bring that spirit to Edmonton.
